Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
(1) Specialist Medical Officer (Paediatrics)
- Candidates must have an MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma in Paediatrics from an NMC-recognised institute. Must be registered under WBMC.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and the applicant must know the local language.
Age Limit – The candidate’s maximum age limit should not be more than 62 years.
(2) Specialist Medical Officer (G & O)
- Candidates must have an MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics from a recognized Institute. Must be registered under WBMC.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and the applicant must know the local language

(3) Medical Officer (Blood Bank)
- Candidates must have an MBBS from an NMC-recognized institute with a one-year compulsory internship. Must be registered under WBMC.
